NO WHEAT FOR ME!!

This is my new take on figuring out what is wrong with me. Hey, no snickers from the peanut gallery. So...day one was fine. Missed out on my m-i-l's chocolate pie, but I'll live. Losing wheat isn't hard, except at breakfast. I am a toast and cereal junkie. Bananas and yogurt, here I come!

I've actually done it a couple times before without meaning too. In high school I gave up yeast..and so bread...then when I ddi Dr. Phil I only had one starch serving a day and preferred to use it for my beloved potatoes. Here's hoping it helps!!

Good luck, Jenna! I've often wondered if I should try giving up wheat too. I know I must be allergic to something but I haven't figured it out yet.

In trying to figure out what is wrong with me (ha ha) I did this mega- expensive allergy test and learned I am allergic to...kale. That's it! The wheat thing may be an intollerance? Who knows. I do feel a bit better.
