Thursday 13 - 13 things I must do before the baby comes

  1. pack the hospital bag...hey, the diaper bag is packed
  2. kindergarten round up - babyboy must be enrolled in kindergarten for next year or I will go mad. I will.
  3. readers luncheon - because it is fun for me
  4. pedicure - I can't see my feet, so someone had best check to make sure they look OK in stirrups
  5. go nomail on on my yahoo loops - I am looking way too forward to this one.
  6. clean. Everything. The house needs help.
  7. make the phone list. I always forget that and wind up conning a friend into calling EVERYONE. I need to be a better friend.
  8. sleep. I should be asleep right now
  9. finish FIRST IMPRESSIONS...it's on the downhill slide now, when it is flowing. If I have to pick it up again later I'll end up rewriting the thing.
  10. return all my library books - I don't want to know the fines if I forget this one
  11. pick up portraits of the boys from the mall. I loathe the mall. Read FOR KICKS to find out why.
  12. fill out the baby book - because I won't have time after she's here
  13. get a DVD player - for late night movie watching...either that or a cable box for upstairs so I can go On Demand.

What are you getting done in the next few weeks?

FIRST IMPRESSIONS...

Sounds like you're going to be busy! I like to stay away from the mall, especially during school holidays.

I need to write and write lots during the next few weeks.

Good luck getting everything done! I've really got to make a to-do list, too. In just under 2 months, we're going to be moving, taking a 2-month vacation in the US, and moving our older son back to the US for college. And I've done NOTHING to prepare yet. Yes, my feet are wet, and I believe those are pyramids I see in the distance.

I'm getting ready to start my 13 days of decluttering....13 rooms, one each day. A good, stiff drink at the end.

Busy, busy. Don't worry it will all fall into place by some miracle - doesn't it always? I with you on the mall - hate it too!

I think one thing my sisters despise is that I don't worry about anything. Pfft. I do like the library one though. But I'd be getting books TO read, not returning. LOL Saying a little prayer that you can get your stuff done! If you lived near me I'd come help...

It really is more fun to clean other people's homes.

Sounds like you're getting your duckies in a row.

Nothing new over here. Same old, same old.

Next few weeks? Puh-leez. I'm a day by day gal. I can't plan that far in advance because every day brings a new adventure. LOL

Good luck, Jenna. We'll be thinking 'bout you and the "little stranger."
